42nd TCE Baby Expo Terms and Conditions

DAILY EARLY BIRD DEALS

Daily Early Bird Deals (“Campaign”) is organised by Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and will run from 6th July to 9th July 2023 at TCE Baby Expo 2023 Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (“Campaign Period”).

Individuals belonging to the groups listed below are not eligible for this Campaign:

  • The employees of the Organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies and their immediate family members (child, parents, siblings, spouses); and/or
  • Representatives, staff, workers and/or agents of advertising and/or promotional services to the organiser, including all its subsidiaries and related companies, and their immediate family members (child, parents, siblings, spouses); and/or
  • Individuals that have a direct relationship or connection with any employee of the Organiser (including all its subsidiaries and related companies).

A. Buds Everyday Organics (BEO) Infant Bundle Set Buy 1 Free 1 (B1F1)

  1. This promotion is only valid for the first ten (10) customers at the Organiser’s booth daily.
  2. Each customer is entitled to buy only one (1) set.
  3. Promotion is on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  4. Promotion is not refundable and or/exchangeable for cash and credit.
  5. Promotion is not valid with other twin packs, bundles, discounts, vouchers, special packages, or privilege cards.
  6. Organiser reserves the right to amend this promotion at any point without prior notice.

B. RM30 Instant Rebate with Minimum RM350 Spend

  1. This promotion is only valid for the first ten (10) customers who spend a minimum of RM350 on a single receipt daily.
  2. This promotion is not valid with other purchases or combined receipts.
  3. Promotion is on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  4. Promotion is not refundable and or/exchangeable for cash and credit.
  5. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with Buds Everyday Organics (BEO) Infant Bundle Set Buy 1 Free 1 (B1F1).
  6. Organiser reserves the right to amend this promotion at any point without prior notice.

C. Lucky Draw for Big Spenders

  1. This promotion is only valid for the first three (3) customers who spend above RM500, RM750, and RM1,000, respectively, and stand a chance to win up to RM2,700 worth of Skip Hop and Gnubkins items.
  2. This promotion is not valid with other purchases or combined receipts.
  3. Promotion is on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  4. Promotion is not refundable and or/exchangeable for cash and credit.
  5. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with Buds Everyday Organics (BEO) Infant Bundle Set Buy 1 Free 1 (B1F1).

D. Spin and Win

  1. This promotion is only valid with a minimum purchase of RM120 to be eligible for receiving free gifts.
  2. Customers may combine receipts from the same day and will be accepted for this contest.
  3. Promotion is on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  4. Promotion is not refundable and or/exchangeable for cash and credit.
  5. Each customer only allows spinning based on the value of transactions such as follows: (Maximum 3 spins for one customer)
  • RM 120 and above – 1x Spin
  • RM 250 and above – 2x Spin
  • RM 350 and above – 3x Spin
