What is the difference between Buds Cherished Organics and Buds Everyday Organics?

The Buds Cherished Organics range of premium products is preservative free. It also has a higher organic content; for example, we use more organic Aloe Vera Leaf Juice in place of water.

 

Buds Everyday Organics is our more affordable range that helps you care for your baby’s daily needs gently and organically.

Are your products safe for babies with G6PD deficiency?

Yes, our ingredients will not trigger any adverse reactions in G6PD-deficient babies.

Can newborns use Buds Organics products?

Absolutely! Our products are safe to be used on children of all ages - newborns, toddlers, and kids.

My baby has eczema. Which product(s) do you recommend?

While all Buds Organics products are gentle and created especially with sensitive skin in mind, the range that specifically addresses this condition is Buds Soothing Organics. Our Super Soothing family works to calm, protect, repair, and prevent flare-ups.

Can your toothpaste be swallowed? Is it safe?

Yep, they are totally safe if ingested. Our organic toothpastes are made from the highest quality food-grade ingredients and are preservative free.

Do your products contain preservatives?

We are SUPER against the use of harmful and controversial preservatives that are often used to extend skincare products' shelf life. Most of our products use only food-grade preservatives approved by ECOCERT or contain none at all.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All our products have a three-year expiration from date of manufacture, and will last for 6 months once opened within this expiration period.

 

For best quality, ensure that products are stored correctly, kept out of direct heat and sunlight, and sealed when not in use.

How do I get my shipping information?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will send you an email containing a unique tracking number for you to track your parcel's status. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam box / junk mail in case it’s there!

I haven’t received my items. What should I do?

If your items have not arrived, don’t worry! Please reach out to our customer service representative at enquiry@budsbaby.com together with your order details.

Where should I ship my orders to?

It is up to you whether to ship to your home or office address. We only ask to ensure that there is someone who would receive your items at the given address. There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES if the parcel is returned to us due to customer unavailability during the delivery process. You will have to bear the shipping cost to reship your items.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address if we have not shipped your order out. Please reach out to our customer service representative at enquiry@budsbaby.com. However, we are unable to change your address once the order has been shipped.

Ecocert is an organization that will certify if the products have followed their high demand requirement which involves at least 95% of ingredient must be plant-based and natural. Furthermore, there are lists of harmful chemicals that are not allowed to be use, hence this could prove that our products are safe and natural to use for your baby.

For Peninsular Malaysia, it is free. However, for East Malaysia free shipping is only applicable for single order that is equal or greater than RM100. RM12 will be applies to East Malaysia for order that are below RM100.
