The Raya Budsama Giveaway (“Campaign”) is organized by Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”) and will run from 8th April 2023 to 13th April 2023 (“Campaign Period”).
Mechanics of the Campaign
- All persons with a Malaysian mailing address are eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Entries will be accepted starting on 8th April 2023 (Saturday) at 09:00 Malaysian time and ending on 13th April 2023 (Thursday) at 13:00 Malaysian time. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend or modify the Campaign period anytime without prior notice.
- The Organiser must receive all entries on Instagram on or before the time stated during that submission period. The Organiser will disqualify any entry after the deadline.
- Each participant is only eligible for one contest entry.
- To enter the giveaway, participants shall tag three (3) Instagram users in the comments of the specified post by @budsorganics and follow this Instagram profile. The participant shall also post a photo of their Raya moment via personal Instagram Story, tag @budsorganics, and insert hashtag #rayabudsama to be entitled to the giveaway event.
- The Organiser will determine four (4) winners. Any decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. The Organiser will not entertain correspondences relating to the selection of the winners.
- The prize will be one (1) set of Buds Household Eco Gift Set containing BHE Baby Safe Laundry Detergent, BHE Baby Safe Fabric Softener, BHE Baby Safe Anti-bac Floor Cleaner, BHE Baby Safe Toy & Surface Cleaner and BHE Hand Sanitiser) worth RM 250 to be sent to the winner’s Malaysian mailing address.
- The Buds Household Eco Gift Set is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and/or exchangeable for cash and credits. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to the Organiser if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, special packages, or privilege cards.
- Winner announcement will be made by 13th April 2023 (Thursday) via the respective social media platforms. The winner will contact the Organiser through Instagram direct message, and in the event, the winner is unreachable, the Organiser reserves the right to select another winner.
- Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (Buds Organics Official Store) reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by the Organiser of the Campaign shall not entitle participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any losses or damages.
- Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (Buds Organics Official Store) reserves the right to cancel or stop processing any order should there be any fraudulent orders or suspicious transactions. The Organiser will not be responsible for all the costs incurred due to the cancellation of the orders.
- By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by the Campaign Terms & Conditions and the Organiser’s decisions.
- Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (Buds Organics Official Store) reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
